3. ปรับปรุงพัฒนาอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียน ให้สะอาด สะดวก ปลอดภัย พร้อมใช้งาน

4. เปิดโอกาสให้ทุกภาคส่วนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วม ในการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา
